More of the same...but it's done well enough to hold the attention.

The cast look great, and the stories are written quite well.

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHide

This series shows Marissa’s character turning into a real, irritating brat and has Stef talking gibberish non stop. In fact it is Seth’s nonsense that makes this series loose a full point because it was in no way as good as series one. Production, acting and casting still great though, but not much to think of in terms of dialogues. It was also a little slow in places even when major events took place. This series also shows this to be nothing more than what it is- a real teen drama. It is so childish in so many ways that unless you are 12 years old, you may tire of this quite easily. Luckily I had a report to write whilst watching this so I didn’t have to sit through the whole thing with nothing to do other than watch gibberish. A half point is gained because finally things got better with the finale between Seth and Summer and Sandy and Kirstin in episode 14 otherwise this would have gotten only 2 stars. Then in episodes 21 to 24 things got even better with some special appearances and a few events that made this more interesting so I have added an extra half point, but this series only scrapes the 3 stars and mainly this is because of the final 6 episodes on discs 5 and 6. Discs 1-4 were a complete washout in my opinion (with the exception of episode 14).

This show is SO DAMN GOOD.

They're all so great at acting, especially Adam Brody (ilove) and Mischa Barton. Ooh, and Rachel Bilson, of course.

One thing I would say is that the parents are in it a bit too much. Like, no offence, but who really cares about Sandy Cohen's little problems? Just kidding. Ish.

But yeah, watch it. It's pretty funny, too.
