I think that Van Damme has run out of ideas - while no-one really expects cheapo action films to make much sense but just provide good entertainment, this film was just nonsense. Charlton Heston plays a cameo, obviously just wanting a pay day for a little effortless work. Perhaps Van Damme should copy the approach of Steven Seagal, who basically just uses the same storyline over and over but peps it up with enough differences and action to keep people entertained for 90 minutes...
