The Planman

Robbie Coltrane stars in this nail-biting television mini-series as Jack Lennox, a brilliant lawyer who is hiding a dark secret. From his experience, Jack believes that most criminals are let down by poor planning. When a plan for the perfect bank raid goes without a hitch, Jack embarks on a curious and lucrative double life. Matters are further complicated when his wife, a member of the Scottish Parliament, begins an affair with local Chief Constable Richards who happens to have discovered Jack's secret. Richards offers Jack his freedom if he hands over the names of the four biggest criminal gangs in the UK, but which side will Jack pick when it comes to the crunch
