A 'GET YOUR LIFE IN PERSPECTIVE' FILM

A moving tale of one man and his son's struggle against immense odds. Just when you think they've taken enough, they take another kick in the gnads. They're on a downward spiral for about 90% of the film, I began to wonder if there was going to be an 'up'. But, of course, it wouldn't be much of a film if there wasn't. Smith turns in a mature performance, and acting with his real son gives the piece real chemistry. I'm sure the book it's based on would be a good read.
