Amy Holden Jones secured her reputation with such screenplays as Mystic Pizza and Indecent Proposal. However, this trashy self-penned thriller has more in common with The Slumber Party Massacre, one of her earlier directorial outings for producer Roger Corman. Faint echoes of Strangers on a Train ring around a film that also tries to pull off a Usual Suspects-style finale, but such borrowings only emphasise this movie's lack of originality. Halle Berry never gets to grips with her role as the chief suspect in the murder of her two-timing husband, but Peter Greene is gleefully demented as the source of solace who turns into a stalker.

Had actually seen this film before. Not as good as I thought it would be. Predictible film, disappointing.

    Good movie

This was a modern movie with usual story. Woman wants hubby dead, meets guy in bar, complains about hubby, guy shoots hubby, police blame wife. Good ending, would never have guessed.
