More documentary than film and a brilliant narration throughout that makes watching The Road to War a fascinating insight into why each country, whether it was Germany, Japan, USA, USSR or England via political reasoning went to war. Amazing facts that allow YOU to see that WARS are not just aggression, but political, economical and domestic reasons for a conflict...

These are four one-hour long programmes, by Huw Weldon Each programme is based on a different country. We found the ones on Britain and America of particular interest. Quality television, of a calibre that seldom is made in these days of reality rubbish and celebrity nonsense.
