As Royle Family specials go, this one was slightly disappointing. Sure there were funny bits. but very little to laugh out loud at.

Always reliable for a few laughs if you know the format. Christmas wouldnt be the same with out an edition of The Royal Family.

still funny
A lot of retrodden ground - but nevertheless, still many very funny bits. (Though unsure what will wear out first - the concept or Jim's clothes!)
