Hilarious!
By alitagargano (13 reviews) from London , 17 Feb 2010[Highly rated reviewer]
It is funny, sad, sarcastic, everything in one movie. I think that Ricardo Darin is very good but in this movie Francella is the best caracter of all!- Was this review helpful to you?

By mickv (4 reviews) , 28 May 2013This film is simply brilliant and a 'must see' experience. I was gripped and also amused throughout. Great acting and a great script. I rarely review films but just had to this time. This is the most enjoyable film I have seen in months.- Was this review helpful to you?

Don't worry about the sub-titles.
By gainsb1 (36 reviews) , 10 May 2013Easy to follow, even with the sub-titles. Excellent film thriller that doesn't race you around but moves grippingly, albeit at times ponderously. You'll be glad you watched it and will, probably, recommend it.- Was this review helpful to you?

A secret no more
By bedbug (5 reviews) , 30 Apr 2013Murder mystery, love story, political thriller... this Buenos Aires-set masterpiece follows its characters over 25 years, weaving multiple stories of love and loss. Wonderfully atmospheric, with some great ensemble playing as well as superb individual performances from its leads, this is a film that will stay with you.- Was this review helpful to you?

Please tell me the secret
By Bobsview (559 reviews) from Gloucestershire , 31 Mar 2013Spanish with sub titles. Why dont they warn you? Too hard to follow. Too many similar looking characters. A thriller about investigating an unsolved rape and murder. Going by the rave reviews maybe I should have tried harder.- Was this review helpful to you?

A treat for the cognoscenti
By eyebrow (2 reviews) from Lower Feltham , 31 Mar 2013Superb ,intelligent, original drama;tight construction where plot is driven by intriguing characters and where the relevance of the darkest period in Argentinian history is also a plot driver without sinking into cliche. Superbly acted by entire ensemble. An absolute gem and justly honoured.- Was this review helpful to you?
