There was a time when 'The Simpsons' stood for the funniest, most original comedy on the planet, but it seems it is now entering a downhill spiral. The movie itself was OK, but its just an average (if elongated) episode. If The Simpsons were a horse, wed be taking it to the glue factory.
The Simpsons has been around for what seems an eternity, and theres only so much one can endure. This could be the straw that broke the dying camels back.
Well it's still the Simpsons so it can't be all bad but for me once you get to the twenty five minute mark,the normal length of an episode and your still waiting for the story line to kick in then there's something amiss. Not the worse TV to film move by a long chalk but in the end just a bit of a waste of time.
