The tape rolled for too longBy FromHereToThere (6 reviews) from Camberley , 29 Dec 2009Well it started okay and then just took longer and longer to tell a story that I have seen over and over again.
One night passion, slow love scenes, hard luck and then the ending that leaves you tired and thinking why they didn't hurry up.
Nope very average if you ask me.
The SingerBy a customer from London , 28 May 2009A gentle, romantic lovely film.
poignant and realBy lesliejung (97 reviews) from london, england , 25 Apr 2009
THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS Show review anywayHidewhat all women know about their men as they get older is to be generous- in this film, we see an older man being generous in that way too toward a younger woman who treats him as he must once have treated women himself - sort of dismissively. we reach out to him; he knows his powers and he accepts it about himself. it is at the same time a joyous film, and the young woman he comes to love is absolutely spot on as an actress and as an object of his affection. wonderful
Weak StoryBy Cheesey (53 reviews) from Burnley , 20 Apr 2009You could see the end from the start !!. but still an interesting film to watch
EntertainingBy a customer from Plymouth , 21 Mar 2009Enjoyed it a lot. (That's all I wanted to say but the censor said it was 'too short.'
