This film is a thriller starring Dylan Walsh from Nip Tuck fame in a completely different role.

Michael Harding (played by Penn Badgley) returns home from military school to find his mother Susan (played by Sela Ward), happily in love with a man known as David Harris (played by Dylan Walsh).

He seems to be the perfect father and husband to everyone - except Michael, who suspects that he is not quite the man he seems to be.

Along with his girlfriend Kelly (played by Amber Heard), his father Jay (played by Jon Tenney) and Susan’s friends (played by Paige Turco and Sherry Stringfield), they slowly start to piece together the mystery of the man who is set to become his stepfather, but they may be too late in getting to the truth.

As people who discover the holes in David's story start dying or disappearing, Michael is convinced his soon to be stepfather is behind them.

This was quite a good film found the start of the film quite disturbing though and worked out what was going on so was waiting for things to happen

Tense Thriller

If you like tense thrillers then this films for you, makes you jump a few times, great ending, good acting, well worth the watch, just hope the 2nd one is as good.

Superb Thriller. Would reccomend. Enjoyed every minute of it. His eyes were a bit scary throughout the film and the ending was a bit preidctable but enjoyed.

Creepy stepfather.

Tension through out , actor who played the stepfather kept the tension and creepiness which stayed all the way through, glad her's not my stepfather! Did wonder why the girlfriend never had clothes on? always either wearing just a bra and knickers or a bikini? Good film to watch with popcorn for a night in.
