enjoyable introduction to science - great for secondary school kids and all those who failed science at school (how did our teachers make such a fascinating subject so mind-numbingly boring?). Bonus disc about the cell is also worth viewing. Maybe its time to resit those gcses?

Excellent Series so far...

I found this documentary very interesting and quite easy to understand. Michael Mosley presented the program brilliantly! At school, I really struggled with Science and find visual forms of learning, much easier than from books. I know it is the basic History of Science, but all the same very enlightening!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed watching this series and learnt so much. The cell bonus edition was really informative although it's hard to picture all that going on in such a tiny space. Recommended for everyone who wants to know the basics of science and how far we have come in our understanding of the world. If you can get your kids to watch this they will improve their science results at school.
