Low budget action movie in which a terrorist sets off a biological weapon in the Federal Building. The attacker's purpose is to expose the government's secret programme to develop a gas that affects the human adrenal system, instantaneously sending men and women into an uncontrollable state of violent rage. The end result of the attack is to unleash the highly contagious virus throughout the building. A band of unaffected survivors gather on the top floors and attempt to plot an escape. However, with rage-filled humans stalking the corridors, the gas spreading from below and the building quarantined to prevent a wider outbreak, surviving the experience with their minds and bodies intact will be no small order. Jason London, C. Thomas Howell, Robert Carradine, Judd Nelson and Alicia Leigh Willis star.

It makes Resident Evil Afterlife look like an Oscar winning film.

wow, when it said it was a 'low budget action movie' i didn't expect it to be so terrible. The idea of the biological weapon was good but it was ruined by awful effects and not so good acting

Terror? Experiment

Middle of the night, nothing else on, can't sleep kind of worth a watch. Sounds good from the description, could have been better. Seen it now, wouldn't have been sad if I never saw it but not bothered to see it again.

Nah I wouldn't bother

Pretty rubbish really. The actors were quite wooden. Shame really, because the idea of realising a gas and everyone goes mad was a good idea....
