LOW budget but watchable
By kevin curtis from Wales , 09 Jul 2005[Highly rated reviewer]
The follow up film 'The Terror Within 2' is also on this 1 disc which was a pleasant surprise, Andrew stevens stars in both films and also wrote and directed the second, the first was produced by master of low budget Roger Corman. Both films are low budget and follow the same type of storyline ie post apocalypse future where 95% of population are dead, the few survivors are hunted by gargoyle-like mutated creatures who want to impregnate the women, notable actors are George Kennedy in the first film and R Lee Ermey in the second, i thought the second film was slightly better, it seems to have had a bigger budget. Considering the budget restrictions these are quite good and you also get 2 films on 1 disc. If you like Corman type films you should rent this.- Was this review helpful to you?

(3)Two for the price of one
By Cliff from Nottingham , 17 Apr 2007Sci-fi film that isn't very original, but entertaining none-the-less. Big bonus is part two is on the disc. The second instalment is far better than the first, and can be easily watched without seeing the first, but the two are good together anyway. The first is quite laughable with nearly no suspense at all, this is increased in the second. Cheap and cheerful reasonable sets and camera work. Rent this, get the beers (laugh) and enjoy.- Was this review helpful to you?

Watch out !Men in halloween quality suits will attack
By driftedangel (63 reviews) from Southport , 04 Aug 2005This disc offers the original and it's sequel.Very Very poor acting,Extremely crap special effects with guns that belong in a playground(yes they really are toy standard)and an unscary man in a rubber suit. However the disc is worth renting to while away the few hours during ironing as it is a watchable afternoon flick on a busy day off work.BEST ACTOR AND MOST LOVED IS BUTCH.HE'S SO ADORABLE AND A BRILLIANT ACTOR,WHO SHOULD NEVER HAVE LOWERED HIMSELF TO THIS.(and no I'm not another female viewer who will rate even a crap movie as brilliant if a gorgeous guy walks on the screen,Butch is different?)- Was this review helpful to you?
