Good cops n robbers fun

Saw this in Boston of all places! Good film to go 'n relax at the cinema which draws you into the suspense. Affleck was great and the cinematography showed off Boston city well. Script isn't the most original but it's a great cops n robbers type. Well worth watching I say!- Was this review helpful to you?

Unusual plot
By a customer , 14 May 2013I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie. It shows how some people do not have choices in life and have to be the bad guys. Ben Affleck acts well and although sometime the plot is a little predicatable, I very much enjoyed watching it. It also shows Blake Lively's real face.- Was this review helpful to you?

Not half bad

At first I thought it may have just been the mood I was in, so we actually stopped it half way and watched the 2nd half the following night... but alas i still found myself drifting off... not sure why as it is a good film, it maybe lacked pace or it could of just been some of the mumbling actors... all in all though this is not a bad film at all, it has a great story, it has some great action scenes and the robbery plots are brilliant... christown's unfinest
By matrixlover (5 reviews) , 01 May 2013The town is a brilliant crime drama with great performances, tense heist scenes, a suspenceful ending and even a decent performance by affleck aswell. Who would of thought ben affleck had it in him to direct three fine crime movies in the last 5 years or so when you look at the lousy films he was starring in the early noughties like daredevil, gigli, jersey girl ect ect... Heist and romance
