Vance injured on Transporter set

TV chiefs in America have halted filming on upcoming series Transporter after actor Chris Vance was injured during an action scene. The Prison Break star was shooting at the show's set in Toronto, Canada when the incident happened, and Cinemax bosses have stopped production on the programme, based on the Transporter film series, for at least two weeks. Jason Statham is reportedly in talks to bring the driving skills he showed off in the Transporter movies to the Fast & The Furious franchise. The action man is slated to join Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Vin Diesel and Paul Walker in the Fast Five follow-up. Website Twitch.com reports the next Fast & The Furious film will be shot in Europe.
