I have seen some gruesome horror films in my time, but nothing or no one could have prepared me for the violence in this film. The main performance of the killer is superb and very creepy, but the most bizarre aspect is the comedic nay dare i say slapstick shennanigins of the police officers who are investigaing the horrific crimes. Maybe Asian humour is a required taste but I for one didn't understand why this film needed comedy elements added to it. It still is (minus the bad comedy & sexist jokes) a horrific little film made even more disturbing when you realise that it's based on real events.
