This taut Hitchcockian thriller inspired director George Sluizer's own Hollywood remake in 1993.

    Avoid the American version, get this

    If anyone tells you the American version is better than this original, hit them repeatedly with a half-defrosted pizza until they retract their comments, thus saving them from a misguided life.

    Suspense by the bucketload.

    LESS IS MORE!!!!!

    THIS HAS NONE OF THE BIG BUDGET AMERICAN REMAKE'S GLITZ, IT'S COLD, DARK AND ULTIMATELY BRILLIANT SO MUCH BETTER THAN IT'S BETTER DRESSED COUSIN.
