The has to be (true grit aside) the best movie made with John Wayne, the action is brilliant, the acting flawless the scenery awesome and the comedy tastfully done, the almost gentlemanly way Wayne and Douglas portray their dislike for each other while having to work together is unusually convincing if at times funny, the tension runs high all through the movie and the action rarely is dull.
