John Carpenter has lost his touch!

I decided to rent The Ward purely because it was directed by John Carpenter, when the credits rolled I felt very underwhelmed and disappointed by how lame the film actually was.
Don't get me wrong, this film is watchable, some people will enjoy it, others won't I doubt anybody will love it. But if your going to watch it, don't keep your hopes up like I did, because otherwise you are going to feel strongly disappointed!
I must admit, I was made jump a few times by the usual horror film scares of things jumping out at the characters with a loud noise being made, but these moments were few and far between.
I say give the film a watch, but don't expect it to be the best film you've ever seen!- Was this review helpful to you?

Hold onto your chair!

I would say it was an excellent film but i was left a little confused at the end, although you may be might not have any trouble understanding it, so i would definatley recommend that you watch it.- Was this review helpful to you?

Amazing film!!
By a customer , 29 Apr 2013Watched this with my girlfriend and we both absolutely loved it!! Neither of us are normally people to jump at thriller films but this had us both on the edge of our seats the entire way through!! Definately a must watch film- Was this review helpful to you?

worth seeing
