Excellent as alwaysBy Carrie Stewart from London, England , 09 May 2006
[Highly rated reviewer]Gripping television. I had been a little disappointed with Season 6 as it moved away from the focus of the President and people had drifted away in different directions. There's still less screen time for Martin Sheen, but the whole election process is so interesting that you don't really notice it. The storylines are as well written as ever, the acting superb. The scenes with Leo are especially poignant since John Spencer's death. Part of me is sad that this is the last season of West Wing, but I'm glad they are wrapping it up so effectively. If only real American politics were like this.

The Best U.S Drama EVER...By Annie Smith from Warks, England. , 27 Nov 2006In a way I didn't want this disc to arrive! I knew it signalled the end of the best US drama ever to hit our screens and I wanted it to carry on. However, it ended so brilliantly, and without a dull episode in the whole of it's seven year run, I am satisfied. The episodes on this disc contained the usual balance of humour, political interest, and personal drama that have made it such a success. I loved it and would recommend it wholeheartedly. Intelligent, thought provoking and thoroughly entertaining.

End of an eraBy claire from Bath, UK , 21 Nov 2006I have watched every season of the West Wing and I think that it is the best American television production I have ever seen. Intelligent, moving, informative and at times very funny. Like other reviewers, I wish that our current politicians had the same qualities as the characters in the story.
This final series was very different to previous episodes as the emphasis is on the new candidates. The stories are still interesting and the new characters are played by excellent actors. Anyone who likes the West Wing will not be disappointed.
Very wise for the series to end on a high, but my family and I wil miss looking forward to the next series.

FINALEBy Mike James from Wrexham, Great Britain , 12 Nov 2006An excellent way to end a brilliant series. Worth watching to see how the US does its business and it is different to UK. Some good points and some not so good.
