The Whistleblowers 2007
By a customer from Glasgow , 27 Nov 2007[Highly rated reviewer]
Generally a refreshing new series from ITV.
Each episode is self-contained but also has some minor back-story references to earlier episodes.
The story lines are well mixed from 'whistleblowing' in the security services through the new academies in education, alcohol being peddled to children, and environment issues.
The leading cast members work well together and I hope another series is being made.
Altogether an entertaining series of stories reflecting current public issues and concerns which doesn't disappoint.- Was this review helpful to you?

(2)Good idea - doesn't live up to expectations
By a customer , 25 Mar 2012Good idea - poorly executed. This series has nothing of the complexity and depth of other similar series, which is a shame because the idea is a good one. I tried several episodes and none of them maintained my interest until the end. A waste of time.- Was this review helpful to you?
