stunningly watchable
By faith (139 reviews) from uk , 15 Aug 2011this might have been made 11 years ago but it still had all the bits that makes a movie about 3 friends, a hit. i truly enjoyed this film, so much i watched it twice, a third attempt made my husband suspicious so i sent it back. famuyiwa did a marvellous job, it was down to earth, real, sometimes in 'your face' but that made it all the more appealing. both thumbs up for this one.- Was this review helpful to you?

Avoiding the cliches

Actually no...it's not about life in Inglewood at all... it's just about friendship. Omar Epps (from ER) carries the plot with Taye Diggs (from Private Practice) prettying up the screen, but Richard T Jones (of Judging Amy) who gets the best of laughs.- Was this review helpful to you?
