This DVD features the promo work of Chris Cunningham, probably best known for the Aphex Twin videos. His work is dark and unsettling, but also contains a strange beauty. Being a big horror film fan from an early age I thought I'd grown immune to images on the screen, but some of this work is truly warped and I would advise anyone who likes their viewing to be unnerving to give this a go. Just be prepared for it to get inside your head...Having said that - it's not all dread and unease. His Bjork, Portishead & Madonna videos all have a hauntingly beautiful quality the likes of which you will not have seen before. My only criticism of the DVD is that it can get a bit samey watching them all together. Best dipped in and out of rather than as a solid watch.
