Andy Garcia plays a retired mobster who is called in by his ailing former boss, Christopher Walken, to carry out one more job. When it goes badly wrong, Garcia and his associates find themselves on the hit list. The vivid splashes of violence are ably handled by Fleder, but he also delights in the rich dialogue of his oddball collection of characters.
