Ermmmm this says Christmas about as much as the Easter Bunny does I'm afraid, every year there seems to be one or two outstanding christmas films, and one sure fire turkey, and this is the latter. Based around an African American family getting together, forgiving, forgetting and tying all those loose family ends together to bring festive cheer and togetherness. Unfortunately it has too many cliches, too little humor and just nowhere near enough Christmas about it. I guess that just about wraps this one up, if your going to treat yourself to anything this year, dont add this to your list, as it is worse than a boxing day hangover, sorry to say. Not recommeded.
A good film about a family getting togather for christmas
The other day I watched our three-year-old’s stage début, typecast already as a wise man. The performance wasn’t all it might have been, to be honest.
