    Albert Pyun may not be Hollywood's most discriminating director. But when it comes to knuckleheaded violence, few can match his pyrotechnic proficiency. Of course, it always helps to have Dennis Hopper as your deranged bomber, detonating random devices all over San Francisco simply because girlfriend Jaime Pressly has been arrested. It does no harm, either, to have Tom Sizemore as the grizzled cop on the case. But Steven Seagal's best days are way behind him and his New Age-babbling cameo as a Zen explosives expert introduces an unintentional comic element that raises more laughs than one of Hopper's trademark rants.

    Wow What A Film!

    Wow What A Film It's By Far One Of The Best Films That Steven Segal Has Ever Made,Plenty Of Action In This Film,You Can Actually See How The Bomb Squad Do In There Jobs,If You Like Action Films Then This Is A Must See Film.

    Not the best film that ive seen seagal in. The role was suited to him but the distinct lack of actio on his behalf really let the film down. Tom Seizemore had the lead role in the film and played the vengeful cop well. the plot was very loose and the ending was slightly unpredictable but when you review the film afterwards its a simple plot.

    All in all it could have been a much bettrer film the idea was there but the way in which it was set out really never worked for me, a bit of a let down but it wasnt a complete disaster, it was enjoyable and it was a worthwhile film to watch, but could have been so much better
