Even if you're not a fan of Tina Turner, you'd still think this was one of the best live DVDs. It includes all the usual classic River Deep, The Best, What's Love etc but alos has some great versions of the album Wildest Dreams.
It opens with a big number Whatever You Want, followed by a few more of the album tracks - Missing You and Goldeneye are fantastic. The rest of the tracks are typical of a Tina concert. She belts them out and shows that age has not slowed her down, she still gives more than 100%.
The set is great too - from the big golden eye where she appears from, to the bit of stage which brings her closer to the audience.
The interview on the DVD is nice too.
How the girl has the stamina to keep going I do not know, I was exhausted. She certainly gives value for money with oldies and newer stuff a really long programme. She shows up a lot of the groups who charge a fortune for tickets and you're lucky if they are on stage for an hour. Great backing from her team of musicians and those hard working girls.
The multi talented Chris'The Incredible Hunk' deserves special mention. Best of all was the fact that everyone, including the audience, was obviously having a ball.Watching it, Me Too!! A thoroughly enjoyable DVD. Great extras- an icing on the cake.A nice change from a film...I must check out your other music DVDs.See what I've been missing.
