good subject and an interesting story about how U.S. veterans of Vietnam war sought to establish a memorial to their lost comrades. there was no memorial to those lost in the Korean conflict and there was no lead from government to provide one for this conflict. The veterans rallied support amongst themselves and then set about motivating their elected representatives to provide the funds and the location in an appropriate position in the capital, Washington. the quality of the acting is very poor and the story seems to have been over stretched to meet the normal movie running time. good for information only but not for entertainment
