    [Highly rated reviewer]

Grab your BMX or skateboard and prepare to flip and fly through Los Angeles. I have played some of the other games in the Tony Hawk's series and this one is as good, if not better, than any of the others I have tried. The graphics are good as ever and the city really seems to be alive.

The gaming area is huge, and you get to bike or skate your way through various areas of L.A.

There are also almost no loading times at all, as loading is cleverly done as you pass through tunnels from area to area, so no waiting around waiting for the next screen to load.

It is a very good game. The reason I don't give this a higher rating is purely a personal one - I just can't seem to get the hang of performing all these different tricks and jumps, so for me it was a game I could pick up and put down half an hour later. But with a bit of practice this game should have a lot to offer - many different gaming modes, including multi-player, and loads of different sections of the city to play in.
