Revenge for the fanboys

This one is definitely for the big kids out there that, many moons ago, dreamt that they could be driving about in one of their favourite toys, blowing up cities and saving the world.
The attention to detail of the actual robots is excellent and the environment you play in is also impressive. Buildings crumble when you climb, land or are brutally thrown against them from 30 feet away.
This will be excellent for a good while if you are a Transformers fanboy and a little bit better than average if you're not.
Much better than the first one. The online multiplayer games and the option to play as either 'Goodie' or 'Baddie' will give it a bit of longevitytoo.

but the game play and whole being boxed in one battle are at a time with no real objective other than to destroy loads of irrelivent dicepticons is really irritating and just plain boring. if it were possible i wouldn't even rate it at half a star!- Was this review helpful to you?

HUGE LETDOWN
By gujjar4u2nv (5 reviews) from birmingham , 19 Aug 2010not a game i would think twice about,,wasnt at all good,,,i rented it and returned it within 30mins of playing it,,,graphics were embarrassing, i dont know what the creators were thinking,, i love the films and even the cartoons but damn they let the side down by producing this sh1t it was very upsetting they should have learnt from the previous attempt i only pray the new one is better because i really like transformers but if this is what the produce in games then thats just bang out of order maybe the creators should be sacked and replaced with some people who know what they are doing im just happy it was rented and not bought otherwise i be definatly gutted would def not recommend- Was this review helpful to you?

transformers

very good,also good detail on the transformers themselves.
Controls a bit tricky to master first of all but once you get to grips with them
