Triumph Of The Will
8th December 2004
Beautifully filmed and directed, it?s a great shame this work hasn?t been digitally re mastered.
All too easy to name call, you have to remember that the 1930s were a grim period in history as nations struggled with unemployment and economic ruin.
You also have to remember the OUR Winston Churchill said at the time (pre war) ? that there is a great deal to be admired in Hitler?s achievements?
A moving film about a leader that was loved by his people, but went a `bridge to far?.
Oh yes and if you have the time read up on how Jessie Owens was treated by his own people on his trip to and from the Olympics.
