This is a fun DVD ahead of its time (1946) though its not up to modern technology ........................................ But for pre-schoolers, its wonderful for its wide-eyed and creative characters, as well as its music, a wonderful melody that becomes 'Tubby's Tune'.- Was this review helpful to you?
