Associated mainly with screams of 'NOOOO!' whilst channel-surfing & avoiding, this show is TRULY awful & was surely only ever created to satisfy the most basic entertainment needs of the simplest viewer. With a cast comprised of bad former soap-actors who deliver consistently crap jokes in spectacularly lame fashion, you'd do well to last 5 minutes with it. Seriously, only the heavily concussed could find this funny, it may even ruin your day. Many comedy series get away with canned laughter - because there's usually something to laugh at. Here it serves purely to mask the painfully stale pauses between every cringe-worthy piece of badly-written dialogue. Oh my, it's so embarrassingly poor. The BBC made 6 series of this! Ouch. How many? Its like a big package of wrong! Try this watch an episode, and No, I take that back, its just not worth it, even if you sit down & try to come up with less amusing scenarios/scripts you will fail. Two Pints.. will go down in history as the sitcom that made everything else on TV look great :)
I've recently become a fan of this series, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching this DVD. Excellent quality, and some superb humour.
I sat and watched every episode back to back.
There are no extras on this DVD, as all content is taken up by the 6 episodes. Personally, I'd rather have it that way as the fewer extras there are, the higher the quality.
