    Tyler Perry will be honoured with the Chairman's Award at the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Image Awards later this month (Feb10). The filmmaker will follow in the footsteps of past winners, who include Bono, U.S. President Barack Obama, Aretha Franklin and Janet Jackson.     Disney's latest creation Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs is America's number one movie for the second week running - taking a meaty £16.4 million at the box office. The 3-D comedy beat out competition from new releases Surrogates and Fame, which took a disappointing £10 million and £6.7 million respectively. Matt Damon comedy The Informant finished fourth with £4.61 million. Tyler Perry's I Can Do Bad All By Myself rounds out the top five with £3.16 million. Read more
