A lot of films that are in the same catergory as the 'scary duo' (see 'Ring' and 'Grudge') - get a rough ride since they are intstantly compared with them - but 'unborn but forgotten' hold it's head up as genuinely creepy story, with some scary jumps and an original story the type hollywood are desperately trying to get there hands on. and some nice features to boot - The Koreans are beginning to beat the japanese at their own game (see 'Phone').
