Often risible, always predictable action movie in which one man conquers all, and consisting of a succession of slickly done martial arts combats and gun battles. For diehard fans of the star, or fans of Die Hard.

I love this film. Missed it on TV the other day so watched it on DVD never get bored of the chef who can kick ass.

Seagal sworn in as a border cop in Texas

Movie action man Steven Seagal has been sworn in as a Texas border cop. The Under Siege star, 59, has been a fully commissioned deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana for 20 years, and now he has transferred to fight border crime. Sheriff Arvin West has confirmed the news, telling the San Antonio Express, "It became very clear to me that Mr. Seagal is not in this for the celebrity or the publicity.
