This release features Sensei Tom Beardsley, the Chief instructor for Samurai UK. Tom has been training in Shukokai karate since 1972 and was a long time student of the late Shigeru Kimura. Samurai UK forms part of Samurai International, a worldwide karate organization; the HQ branch is in Melbourne Australia, headed by Kyoshi Paul Mitchell - 7th dan. The three volumes in this series cover the Shukokai grading syllabus of Samurai Europe. Tom Beardsley present a very good and clear account of the basic techniques and katas for the grading of Shukukai karate.

Further a clear explanation is provided in the application of the techniques and kata.

An excellent guide to complement instructions from a qualified instructor.
