    Good film

This is a good film if you like horrors, not an absolute scary film but well watchable unlike some movies you watch so far in and get bored, this one is gripping and good.

    If You Enjoyed

Watching this film, parts of it reminded me of 'Skeleton Key'. Both deal in some way with Voodoo, but that's where the similarities end.

Although using an almost unkown cast, the film carried me through a little of 90 mins of thrilling action, bloody horror.

If it's Thrills you're after, rent this.

    Stalk and slash

This was a reasonably good horror a little like Jason and Michael Myers, but with attitude story line could have been bit better but overall worth a view.

    Entertaining if forgettable

Venom is like a cross between I Know What You Did Last Summer, Skeleton Key, and any random slasher movie, with the acting of the usual standard of any average horror movie. The film is instantly forgettable, but the blood and violence is effective enough, the bad guy’s make-up is acceptable, and the effects used through the film aren’t too bad. Not a great film, but it has its moments and is pretty much mindless entertainment that passes 90-miniutes fairly easily.
