Alright but not brilliant
If you are a fan of Viz then you will already have read the stories on this dvd which disappointed me as I thought they were unique to the DVD. Peter Cook as Roger Mellie is inspired and is the better of the two cartoons. Billy the Fish is not awful but I was bored by the end as there is only so much you can take of a weak story.
