Best of British
By a customer from Devon , 07 Jul 2006[Highly rated reviewer]
Waking the dead, in my opinion, is the best British show to be aired for a while now. The detail the show goes into is great and all of the characters are well developed. They have a fantastic cast and the on-screen relationships add an element of humour to the show to stop becoming too dark. 'Special relationship' is probably the best episode of the series but they are all worth watching.- Was this review helpful to you?

excellent drama
By a customer from Stanmore , 22 Oct 2008Well acted, good attention to detail in storylines, achieves individual stories well within context of being part of a series. Very enjoyable, two one hour programmes per disc, just right for a pile of ironing!- Was this review helpful to you?

very interesting series
By a customer from newtownabbey northern ireland , 21 Apr 2007the story lines in this crime drama are very good with trevor eve heading the cast,i think since the departure of claire goose(mel) the show seems to have lost a bit of its stong cast because to me claire was the best co-star of the show- Was this review helpful to you?
