Why oh why do they bother
Kevin Sorbo...Hmmmm. You've got to ask yourself why on earth did they bother to remake the walking tall film with the rock, as if it wasnt bad enough 1st time around, you can see the new 'revamped' version all over again.
I mean the 'original' with the rock, it was a bit 'cheesey' but midly entertaining if you need to turn the brain off for 90 minutes to enjoy a film, sometimes its good to do that. But come on, is there really that much of a shortage of originality in hollywood now?!?
Watch this space, next year it's being remade again starring Dolph Lungren!!! -

A let down
The first walking tall remake with the Rock was quite good, if a little cheesy.
The action scenes where decent, and the film was overall enjoyable.
This is simply a cash in on that films sucess. There seems to be alot of '2's' coming out at the moment, such as the butterfly effect 2, which simply cash in on the 'brand name' and a massive let down.
Nothing of significance happens in the film, maybe worth a sunday afternoon viewing, but if your looking for top quality action, stay away from this! -
