Wonderful stuff. Casting Peter Sallis as the voice of Wallace is masterful. The stories are
silly enough to be entertaining.
a brilliant dvd, tops 10/10
What a wonderful, placid experience. Very entertaining, quietly humourous, and absolutely superb stop-motion animation.
Thrill-seekers need not apply. But if you're after a break from the world of violence, sex and sci-fi, this title is a great way to spend a little time. My children loved it too.
Good to see the orignal shorts again. When Gromit uses his electric drill it brings back such happy memories of when we watched it for the first time years ago. How we laughed back then. And of course we are introduced to the now world famous Shaun the Sheep, what a guy!
Brilliant.
The early Wallace and Gromit movies are still awesome in technique, plot, music, and suspense.

Three Oscar winners on one disc. Classic is a much-overused word but here it fits very well. Wallace and Gromit is a must see with two plasticine characters created by Nick Park. Wallace as the human with the wonderful voice of Peter Sallis but Gromit, a dog, is really the brain behind the pair. Just a small movement of his eyebrows speaks volumes. Sit down in a comfortable armchair with a hot cup to tea, some crackers and Wenslydale cheese and enjoy the brilliant humour and marvel at the number of man-hours that it must have taken to produce these delights.
Found the 3 animations hilarious even though I saw them all before. Well worth a 2nd visit.
I used to have all three of these on VHS video years ago for my kids and they loved them, this time it was the grandchildrens turn and they love them as well. So after sending this back, I'm off down the shop to add this to their Christmas list . Great entertainment that keeps the kids (and the big kids amused :-)

I have to say that I am a self-confessed Wallace & Gromit fan since I saw the first adventure many years ago. All three short films have a brillant and clever story lines and the jokes just keep on coming through out the film. Nick Park isn't just a superb animator he also has an excellent sense of humour. It is also amazing the patience he shows when it takes a whole day to do about just 3 seconds of animation. It's such a pity that this process could not be speeded up as it means we only get to see these dynamic duo every five years or so. I thoughly look forward to the curse of the were-rabbit when it is realised on DVD.
Three fantastic aimated adventures that are a must see for anyone who missed than the first time around. Walace and Gromit uses stop/capture animation taking thousands of hours to create an 30 min episode.
They are all hilarious and recommended for all ages. Even if you've seen them before, they are timeless. Also comes with an insightful documentary.
My kids loved these as i did, i have'nt seen these for some time but they seemed better this time round than the first, i think it's good that they put all 3 on 1 dvd disk.
