Peace not war
Jet Li is a action hero, having made may martial arts film he has proven himself one of the best. Jason Statham is pretty much the new boy in the action stakes (having made such great films as Crank, Transporter 1 & 2, and Snatch). Considering these 2 athletes I expected a really cool film with some excellent fight scenes. I was disappointed. When the action started it was excellent, but unfortunately a little on the sparse side. The film spent too much time trying to be cool at the expense of action. Don't get me wrong, it was a good film, just not up to the usual standard that both these actors usually deliver.

good film
If you like the fast martial art films that generally occur when Li & Statham are involved then you should like this one. Dark, fast action with a little twist. My only criticism is of Statham playing an FBI agent with a London accent. To be a more credible actor Jason Statham has to start learning different accents for different roles.
