warnings.
By Philippa Judd from Norfolk, England. , 23 Jul 2004[Highly rated reviewer]
The problem with 'Warnings' is that I don't remember much about it that was good. The film is a mix of horror and sci fi in the same vein as 'Signs'. It simply doesn't go anywhere, but the main problem is that the characters don't evoke any emotion. I couldn't have cared less whether they lived or died. There are some moments of humour yet I'm not quite sure whether this was intentional or whether this is just a bad film. The plot is weak and doesn't hold attention; distractions such as the telephone are welcomed rather than ignored. I am a big fan of horror and sci fi yet this film didn't work. The concept of mysterious crop circles and the subsequent deaths and investigations was good, yet unfortunately this film does not deliver.- Was this review helpful to you?

(5)Customer Review
By a customer from UK , 23 Jun 2008Strange start, in the form of a "to camera" narration for a character soon to be deceased!
Very familiar set, reminded me very much of "Signs" or could have been "Field of Dreams". Film warmed up when the "kids" arrived to do up cousins place. Lots of tension until the "Aliens" appeared and then it lost it for me.
Unconclusive ending which seemed very abrupt to me - OK but not a film I'd buy.- Was this review helpful to you?

sort of a horror ...
By a customer from PORTHTOWAN , 30 Jul 2004sort of a horror version of the signs , very much like the cheap video nastys of the 80s , but not that nasty . the cgi aliens are pretty naff and its extremly short , but on the plus side its quite well acted and the scripts not too bad .- Was this review helpful to you?
