A Juicy take on the Watermelon
Very pleasantly surprised by this take on Marian Keys novel. I think it does the novel justice and Anne Friel plays a great feisty spirited Irishwomen while Jamie Draven is equally endearing. Her family are hilarious and compassionate in equal measure at her predicament and played brilliantly by an all irish cast. Looking forward to the next TV adaptation of Marian Keys novels-especially if this director is back on board.

Not Bad
Although not strictly following the story as written by Marian Keyes, it was a charming little film, loved the characters. Well worth a watch!
