brilliant and original film, very funny and its not just for rock fans, all fans of music will enjoy this film

defo worth watching

If you aren't big on sarchasm and in jokes, then this may not be the movie for you. If however you're a rock fan, love a bit of sarchasm and character based jokes then this will be the best film you'll ever see. Wayne and Garth, two friends who have their own bizarre cable show get spotted by an oppurtunistic TV executive who wants to sell out the show for advertising. Doesn't sound too exciting right....wrong. Throw in a guest appearance and performance from Alice Cooper and some of the best gags ever written, with some of the finest comic performances I have ever seen and you have Wayne's World. This really is the highlight of both Mike Myers and Dana Carvey's careers. If you're a bit geeky like me and like to quote one liners from films etc. then this will give you enough ammo to use down the pub or on your friends for about the next century. I could probably recite the script to you off the top of my head. This movie is memorable, well made, well acted, well written and above all hilarious. It may be considered to be a bit of a niche movie in the sense it is mostly based around rock music themes, but this film can be enjoyed by all in my opinion. It's thanks to this movie that I am the Alice Cooper fan I am today and it's also thanks to this movie that I always have something to put on to make me laugh myself stupid. If you haven't seen this, see it! If you have, watch it again! And then get on to the second one. One of the few comedy's that will always stand the test of time and will always be a film that you remember.

I love this film, The comedy consists of successful one-liners, taking the mik out of famous people and t.v shows and having fun on camera! There's always something to laugh about in this film even when it's a sad moment because they always insert something, how small it may be, but it still gets a laugh.

Well worth a watch, If you have a sense of humour Excelent! If you don't ... this film will help you ge one ! That is why I think it deserves 5 star !
