I just watched this for the first time, its really emotional to watch the highs and lows, and the music is just amazing... and I just discovered that a guy I knew from school directed and produced the film. Goes to show that anyone can really make a massive difference.
Nothing new, dragged on and on
A few nice voices. Not really the metrail for a movie. Dull.

Powerful, heartfelt eye opener to the harsh realities faced by many in Africa. And great music too.

The true story of an orphanage in South Africa and the musically gifted children, their dedicated teachers and carers, and of how, ultimately, their gift for music saved the orphanage after a devastating fire.
The documentary is told through the children themselves and gives a deeply moving insight into the everyday struggles that go on in the poorer parts of the world.
It is overlong at 80mins, but this is made up for by some fabulous music.
Watch this and no matter what your situation, be grateful for what you've got.
This is difficult to watch at times due to the hardship which the family has to overcome - great documentary
