The Best Film of 2011
By londonjohn (1 review) , 30 Nov 2011[Highly rated reviewer]
Easily the best British Film I have seen for a couple of years. Weekend is totally honest, real and almost painful to watch with a couple of stand-out performances - notably Tom Cullen. This is a serious, sensitive film and if you love the movies you will love this film 10/10 - 5 stars- Was this review helpful to you?

(44)Fly-on-the-wall ?
By a customer , 27 Apr 2013Well... To say I was dissapointed is an understatement... If you like gay cinema try Shelter or Like Me, both of which set landmarks for the genre. This film bears no comparison to those stated. The plot is so thin and more like a fly on the wall documentary. The acting is reasonable but not believable. If you like soaps then this may suit you but as for gay drama forget it.- Was this review helpful to you?

Sunday Afternoon Viewing
By SolBracken (1 review) , 18 Apr 2013A great fim to watch on a Sunday afternoon when you just want something that doesn't involve guns and killing - an honest portrayal of the beginnings of a gay relationship that is then halted because of one half of the equation's plans - loved it -- Was this review helpful to you?

Move along, nothing to see here
By a customer , 17 Mar 2013Very well filmed/directed, but when the script is just so-so, and the second character one of those people that you would happily smother with a pillow, it just didn't work for me.- Was this review helpful to you?
