The 'other' great escape

The clue is in the title: It really was the greatest escape as far as West Ham were concerned. Looking doomed after a cruel defeat to Spurs the team found confidence and form to win seven of the last nine games to stay in the Premier League - against all the odds.

The dvd is divided into month by month chapter selection (if you wish to skip September through to March and forget how bad things were) and contains an extended interview with Alan Curbishley after the season's conclusion.

The interview is featured in parts on the full-length review, making it easier to digest.

The other feature, a 10 best goals reel is an enjoyable one, the only debate is the order you would put them in.

A good review of a very strange season, the kind you should be used to at West Ham (but never are).

A good dvd for all Hammers fans collection - and if Mr Tevez leaves you have some fine goals to look back on!
